I am a special education teacher working on my masters. I am looking to interview current esl/bilingual teachers. I must have answers to the following twenty five questions. This is a pain I know but it is to write a paper on ESL assessment and general point of views. I need at least 2. Thanks to all who help!

4.¿ Usted habla español? - Do you speak Spanish?
5.In the beginning of the year, what kinds of assessments are given to help plan instruction?
6.What types of assessments do you give for Reading Comprehension?
7.What type of assessments do you give for speaking proficiency?
8.Do you incorporate formative and summative assessments when evaluating your students?
9. What practices could improve the assessment of language for minority children's language and skills?
10.Please talk about the strategies/approaches you use in teaching first and second languages, cultures, and content areas.
11. Are you a team player?
12.What support have you received from others?
13.What bilingual program model is implemented at your school? How much time is devoted to the two languages?
14.Please discuss curriculum and materials. What could improve them?

17.What advice would you give to a new bilingual teacher about bilingual education?
18.In your class is spoken English the principal objective in language learning?
